the pinch bolts in my fork bottoms are seized and I cant get the wheel out
I have soacked them in wd40 but they is still stuck fast what is best way to get em out?

Which bike is it?
They should only be tightend in with 22 nm so it sounds as if they are corroded, you don't changes tyre often then do you? Remedy, heat, thread freeing compund, more heat, crack the bolt the worng way to free it up, then a big heave. If that fails drill it out with an opposite three bolt freeing drill bit.
Sell bike and get a Jap IL4 they are far better.

WD40 is a waste of time...try giving them a good dousing in plus-gas or diesel...keep it away from the brakes for obvious reasons
failing that throw match at Diesel

thanks for the help, pluss gas and a little heat did the job, putting new
pinch bolts in with some copper grease on.
new tyre on wheel back in. Now it's raining

I had same problem with forks on a 600ss used plus gas then gently warmed them with a blow torch and the all came out ok. I replaced the pinch bolts and used copper grease and have had no trouble since
